You’ve been putting off the gym for weeks because the thought of walking onto a crowded floor full of strangers, mirrors, and clanging plates makes your stomach drop. Maybe you’ve never lifted a weight in your life. Maybe you used to, years ago, and just don’t know where to start again. Either way, you’re not alone and you don’t have to start on the main floor at all.
At 24 HR Flex Fitness Club, we built a ladies-only fitness studio right alongside our coed gym floor, specifically for this exact moment: the one where you’re standing at the door trying to talk yourself into walking in.

This isn’t a corner with a few dumbbells and a “women’s area” sign slapped on it. It’s a dedicated, fully separate training space within our 20,000+ sq ft facility, built so you can train with equipment, structure, and privacy without ever setting foot on the coed floor if you don’t want to.
You get:
Whether you’re brand new to strength training, coming back after time off, recovering from injury, or just prefer training around other women, the studio exists for you. There’s no “right” reason to use it comfort is reason enough.

Here’s the thing people get wrong about ladies-only spaces: they assume it’s just for beginners. It’s not.
If you’ve never touched a barbell and the idea of learning form in front of a room of regulars sounds like a nightmare, this is your on-ramp. You can learn the fundamentals at your own pace, ask questions freely, and build real confidence before you ever need to step onto the main floor if you even want to.
Postpartum, post-injury, post-“life got in the way” coming back to training after time off can feel like starting from zero, even when your body remembers more than you think. A private space with a coach who understands that transition makes the return feel less like a public reset.
Plenty of women who’ve trained for years still choose the ladies-only studio, simply because they prefer the environment. Preference doesn’t need a justification. Some people focus better without the noise, the ego-lifting, or the mirror-watching that can happen on a busy coed floor.
Quick take: Ladies-only doesn’t mean “less than.” It means a training environment built around comfort and focus nothing about your goals, your intensity, or your results has to be smaller here.
Inside the studio, you can work with a certified coach who trains exclusively with women one-on-one or in small groups. Programming is customized to you: your goals, your experience level, your schedule, your body.
That might mean:
Because it’s private, you get more direct coaching attention and none of the self-consciousness that can come with learning new movements in a busy space.
Using the ladies-only studio doesn’t mean losing access to everything else Flex offers. If your membership is All Inclusive, you still get the full recovery stack, the cold plunge (kept at a crisp 50-59°F), the infrared sauna (120-150°F, heating your body directly rather than just the air around you), and red light therapy for recovery and skin support. You can also book fascial stretch therapy to work out tightness after a tough session, and swing by the on-site shop if you forgot your shaker bottle again.
The studio is an addition to your Flex membership, not a smaller version of it.
You don’t have to sign anything to see what this actually feels like. We offer:
Come see it in person. Photos of a gym never quite tell you whether a space feels right walking in does.
The ladies-only studio is part of the Flex Fitness Club facility and available to members it’s not a separate paid add-on. Personal training sessions within the studio are booked separately, same as personal training anywhere else in the gym.
No. It’s built for a wide range of experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned lifters. Certified coaches are available if you want guided instruction, but you can also train independently once you’re comfortable.
Yes. The studio operates alongside the coed gym floor, not instead of it. You’re free to move between spaces, use the recovery amenities if you’re on an All Inclusive plan, and access the rest of the facility whenever you like including during our 24-hour open hours.
The programming approach customized coaching, progress tracking, goal-setting, works the same way. The difference is the environment and the coach: ladies-only PT happens in the private studio with a coach who trains exclusively with women there.
Book a trial pass or a gym tour. Both let you see and use the space firsthand, ask questions about programming or training options, and get a feel for whether it’s the right fit before you commit to a membership.
Curious what it actually feels like to walk in? Book a trial pass or a quick tour and see the ladies-only studio for yourself no pressure, just a good look around.
