My journey into personal training began with something deeply personal: helping my mom navigate mobility challenges caused by an autoimmune disease. Watching her struggle with everyday movement opened my eyes to how powerful proper training, education, and movement can be, not just for aesthetics, but for quality of life. What started as a desire to help quickly became a passion that reshaped my life.
Fitness and nutrition are not fads to me, they’re a lifestyle. Growing up with a stepmom who was a nutritionist and a lifelong health advocate, I learned early on the importance of taking care of the body the right way. That foundation, combined with my formal education and hands-on experience, has shaped the way I coach today.
I hold my NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential and completed an intensive 6-month apprenticeship under a master trainer, where I gained an in-depth understanding of biomechanics, movement patterns, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I pride myself on being highly educated, detail-oriented, and intentional with every program I design.
I specialize in corrective exercise, rehabilitation, mobility training, and foundational strength. My ideal clients are those dealing with injuries, movement limitations, or pain, or anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of fitness and build a strong, sustainable base the right way. I believe starting correctly is the key to long-term success and staying pain-free.
