I began my journey in fitness about 4 years ago. I started off at just over 100 lbs, but somehow also had a bit of stomach fat. I was tired of what I saw in the mirror and decided to do something to change it. Over the course of a year, I learned a lot about muscle growth and diet, and I gained approximately 50 lbs. I was then able to cut down to 135 lbs of lean muscle mass, putting me in the best shape I had ever been in. After 3 years of training, I became interested in the science of lifting so I decided to pursue personal training and nutritionist certifications.
In my years of training, I have helped those around me enjoy fitness and make it a part of their daily life. I’ve helped people put on mass and lose weight, through custom training plans and personalized diet plans. I am a person that understands the difficulties of both; putting on size and losing fat.
