Growing up I used to love playing basketball, and I started working out to help keep in shape with just doing push-ups and sit-ups (not knowing what else to do).
I started looking more into the training aspect and advanced into plyometrics to improve my skills on the court. By the late 90’s my interest in conditioning peaked and I got into combative sports, Amateur boxing, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which led me also to get into Mixed Martial Arts.
In the early 2000’s I got really into body building, so much so that I eventually started doing body building competitions! All my training experience and sports had prepared me to take on my biggest challenge and accomplish my childhood dream, in 2013 I became a Professional Wrestler! (All Start Wrestling AWS).
I have been physically active for 30 years and now have been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years. I have helped various clients reach their goals, from gaining 40 lbs. of muscle to weight loss clients losing over 100lbs. I have helped clients defeat morbid obesity as well as reverse type 2 diabetes.
