Narender Singh

I grew up in Haryana, India I got my first taste and love for fitness through popular activities such as wrestling and other athletics. I began my fitness journey when I decided to train for the Indian army. I knew that I needed top notch physical skills and conditioning so I so I set out to work, honing my skills in wrestling as well as marathon running.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2009 and have held almost every position you can imagine, starting as a basic fitness advisor, then upgrading to personal trainer and finally in gym management. I have learned many things in my years in the industry and use this knowledge to better the lives of all my clients. While I work with clients of all types, I specialize in the areas of weight loss, body transformation and functional fitness. Aside from all these things I knew that a proper functioning body is just as important as a strong one so I also became a physiotherapist in India and have had the advantage to learn a lot about the human body and how to repair it, as well as take performance to the next level.

Over the years I have helped hundreds of clients transform their lives and become the best version of them selves.
