Filza Rehan

From a young age, I stayed involved in an array of sports but Iwas never passionate about just one. I then had to redefine what athleticism meant to me. After a 5-year journey and a full body recomposition I’m now a personal fitness trainer who specializes in long-term holistic health and overall athletic development. This includes target goals such as fat loss, strength training and muscle building.

I approach fitness with a 360 degree perspective that is based on the belief that physical and mental health go hand in hand. I work with my clients to create sustainable habits that promote overall well-being, and not just a temporary fix.

I believe that everyone is unique, so I tailor my training style to each individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. I love incorporating a variety of exercises and techniques to keep workouts engaging and challenging.

My clients often experience increased energy, confidence, stress management alongside the initial goal of aesthetic enhancement.
