Jag is a BCRPA certified trainer, he received this certification from Douglas College the largest provider of British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA) courses and workshops, and an overall well respected college for Sports Science. He is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist, getting his certification from InfoFit. He specializes in: Muscle Conditioning, Weight Loss, Strength Training, and Endurance Training. Jag is also the manager at FlexFitnessClubs, where he has dealt with many beginners, new to fitness, of all different variety and ethnicity. He is fluent in Punjabi as well as English. He has seen first hand the benefits of exercising, going through several different body transformations himself. Jag has been lifting weights and exercising for over 8 years, and has been involved in sports since he was 7 years old. He is currently in a flag football league, but also enjoys playing soccer and tennis with friends in his downtime.
